The Board of Directors of TN CyberTech Investments Holdings Limited (the “Company”) wishes to advise that the Board of Directors resolved to change the financial year-end of the Company from 28 February to 31 December of each year. As a result, the current financial year will cover a transitional 10-month reporting period ending on 31 December 2025, as set out below.

Type of Reporting Current Financial Period Old Period Latest Publication Date Ensuing Financial Periods New Period Latest Publication Date
Half-year results 1 March 2025 – 31 August 2025 (6 months) 30 November 2025 1 January 2026 – 30 June 2026 (6 months) 30 September 2026
Full-year results 1 March 2025 – 31 December 2025 (10 months) 31 March 2026 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026 (12 months) 31 March 2027

The rationale for the change of the financial year is to align the Company’s reporting cycle with its sole subsidiary, TN CyberTech Bank Limited (“the Bank”), to facilitate consolidation (financial reporting). The Bank’s Board of Directors (with the subsequent approval of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe), approved a change in the year-end to 31 December, mainly to streamline the submission of statutory returns, which are prepared on a calendar year basis.
