Dividend Declaration
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of TN CyberTech Investments Holdings Limited (the “Company”) has declared an interim dividend of 0.06674934 US cents per ordinary share in respect of the six months ended 30 June 2026. The interim dividend will be payable to shareholders whose names appear in the Company’s register of members at the close of business on Friday, 18 September 2026.

Tax
Dividend withholding tax will be deducted at a rate of 10%, where applicable.
Banking and Contact Details
Shareholders are requested to ensure that their banking and contact details held by the Company’s Registrars and Transfer Secretaries are current and complete to facilitate payment of the dividend.
Foreign Shareholders
Payments to foreign shareholders will be subject to applicable exchange control requirements and guidelines governing foreign remittances. Foreign shareholders are advised to make the necessary arrangements with a local authorised dealer or bank to facilitate receipt and, where applicable, remittance of their dividend.
