Pursuant to the notice to shareholders dated 2 September 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of EcoCash Holdings Zimbabwe Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the price to be used to determine the Cash portion of the Consideration is ZWG 0.26105 per each EcoCash Holdings’ share calculated using the 30-Day Volume Weighted Average Price of each Econet share for the period to 16 September 2024, being the payment date.
