Shareholders are advised that the name of Cassava Smartech Zimbabwe Limited (CSZL) has been changed to EcoCash Holdings Zimbabwe Limited (EHZL), effective 25 February 2022.
The listing on the ZSE is amended with effect from 02 March 2022 under ZSE Alpha code EHZL.zw on the ZSE portal and ISIN ZW0009012437.
New share certificates will be issued in line with the 2nd Circular published on 18 January 2022. Please take note that the change of name is only in respect of the Holding Company.
The names of the subsidiary companies remain unchanged.
