Cassava Smartech Zimbabwe Limited (the “Company”) wishes to update its shareholders and the investing public on the delay in the publication of our audited financial statements for the financial year ended 29 February 2020. Our previous notices and updates detailed the reasons for the delay.
We are pleased to advise that the company intends to publish the audited financial statements, on or before the 7th of November 2020.
The Company regrets any inconvenience this may have caused to our valued shareholders, the investing public and other stakeholders.
